They finally did it! Lam Rim released their first music video from their new album 'Lost Insane'. The little I know of lead singer Joao Mirat, from our conversations on facebook, I have observed that he is very modest. When I told him how much I really like his band's music video his response was, "Thank you Michael, it's great to know you enjoyed the video!!!" A songwriter buddy of his, Orlando Robson has posted the band's video "Why Don't You...?" on his facebook page that I have made comment ahttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifbout it's content. (It's a really great piece of cinematography, and it makes me think of those shows like ER)
I was telling the band members that I met Greg Glienna on Twitter, a writer of 'Meet The Parents', and that I had mentioned their songs to him and sent him their website link. I suggested "Why Don't You...?" to Mr Glienna as a song to add to one of his new movie ventures. I'm not sure how those things work. Joao said, "Lets see what happens with the soundtracks..." Maybe something will come of our Twitter chat.
